Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Once your order is processed, it is handed off to our shipping carrier for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from India using reliable international courier partners (such as DHL, Aramex, or FedEx).

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–16 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier performance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. We may offer promotional free shipping within the U.S. or Canada during specific campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package as it travels to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Preorders or Made-to-Order Pieces
Some items may be custom-stitched or made-to-order and could take additional time before shipping. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Rivya Collection is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
