Rivya Collection Returns & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 1st 2025

Thank you for shopping with Rivya Collection. We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products and the care that goes into crafting each piece, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Have original tags and packaging intact
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Not be part of our "Final Sale" or “Custom-Made” collections

To initiate a return, please email us at rivyacollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized or altered items
- Final Sale or discounted products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of wear, makeup, damage, or perfume

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a free shipping offer, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at rivyacollection@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
